A two-tier white wedding cake with red berries and flowers on a dark wooden stand, outdoors in autumn light.

Wedding cakes from a kitchen of one, two a weekend, stacked at your venue on the day.

I bake on Thursday, fill on Friday, and drive the cake to you on Saturday morning in its tiers, to put it together where it's going to stand. Nobody else touches it.

This year's four flavours

Four, and only four, chosen in January and baked all season so each one is right by May. Every tier can be a different one of them.

Before you book

Two a weekend

Saturdays go about a year ahead. Fridays and Sundays are easier, and the cake doesn't know the difference.

A deposit of £100

It holds your date. The rest is due a fortnight before, when we fix the numbers and the flowers.

Allergies

Everything is made in a kitchen that uses nuts, wheat, eggs and dairy. I'll say honestly if I can't make yours safe.

Outdoor tables

Cream and a July sun don't mix. For a garden I'll bring the cake out an hour before, not three.

The tasting box

All four flavours in slices, posted on a Wednesday so it lands for the weekend. Eat it together, choose, and the £25 comes off the cake if you book.
