What listeners say

Letters

“I work nights on the children's ward. At three in the morning, when the corridor goes quiet, Adaeze reads out my name and plays something for the whole ward. It is the best part of my shift.”

For you

Before you come on air

  1. Listen for a week at the hour you want to present. Night listeners are not day listeners.
  2. Come to a Wednesday open evening and sit in on a live show.
  3. Do the desk course: four Saturday mornings, free, with a cup of tea.
  4. Bring one idea, not five. The best shows here started as one small thing done every week.
