For tenants and owners

  1. Finding a home

We match tenants to cottages, not the other way round. Tell us how you want to live and we call when the right one comes up.

  2. Letting a cottage

For owners tired of holiday changeovers. One good tenant, a fair rent and someone local to call when the boiler stops.

  3. Looking after it

Inspections twice a year, trusted local trades, and a ten-minute drive from most of our homes.

  4. Keeping villages lived in

Every long let is a family at the school and a light on in winter. That is the point of the business.

Rooms for staying

Long lets are for people who bring their books. Most of our homes come unfurnished, with a few good pieces left by the owner.

How long lets work
