Managing small blocks of flats for the people who own them

A modern block of flats with black and white panels, seen from below against a blue sky. A tidy open-plan flat with a sofa, dining table and kitchen in soft daylight. The angular grey balconies of a modern building, seen close up from below.

What we do

A sunlit flat with a desk and computer by the window and a sofa in the living area.

01

Service charges

Every penny, explained

One page a year showing what you paid, what it bought, and what is in the reserve fund. Receipts on request, always.

02

Repairs

Fixed before you chase

A walk-round every quarter, local trades we have used for years, and a photo of every finished job sent to all owners.

03

Insurance

The building, properly covered

We compare the block's buildings insurance every year and show you the three best quotes, including our commission.

04

Owners' meetings

Once a year, in plain English

We run the meeting, take the minutes, and make sure the quiet owner on the top floor gets heard.

Ask for the handover
