The fisherman
Heavy rib, high neck, undyed oat. Sizes 1 to 6.

Why once a year
Because the mill does one long run in the summer and we buy all of it. Three hundred pieces, no restock, no sale, and nothing left in a warehouse in January.
Because the finishing is done by four people in a room: seams, cuffs, the label sewn in by hand. They can do three hundred well. They could not do three thousand.
The darning card
In the pocket of every piece. Keep it in a drawer. It is the whole guarantee, printed on two sides.
Front
This jumper will be mended for free for as long as you wear it.
Moth holes, elbows, a burn from a bonfire, a dog. Anything but shrinking in a hot wash.
Back

Put this card in with it, and your address

Before you buy
- Sizing
- Measure a jumper you love, flat, armpit to armpit, and compare it with the chart on each piece. Swaps are free within thirty days.
- Washing
- Air it more than you wash it. When you must: cold, by hand, dried flat. The card doesn't cover a hot wash.
- When it sells out
- It will. Leave your email for next October; that is the only thing we will ever send to it.
- The wool
- Undyed British wool from two farms, spun at the mill. It is a little scratchy for a week and then it isn't.
