Three agreements, fixed fees

Each of you has your own lawyer from our two, so the advice is never shared. The fee below is per couple and covers both.

We assume you will stay together

Most of what we write is never used, and that is the point. The meetings are about fairness now — who paid the deposit, what happens to the flat, who keeps the dog — not about a break-up nobody is planning.

We meet you together once, then separately, then together again to sign. Nobody is rushed and nobody is made to feel suspicious for asking.

Why two lawyers

An agreement only holds if each of you had your own advice. That is why there are two of us, and why we never share notes.

What to bring

A rough list each of what you own, owe and earn. Honest and rough beats tidy and incomplete.

How late is too late

For a prenup, we need it signed at least four weeks before the wedding. Start three months ahead if you can.
