Three things, and nothing we would have to buy in

We are Ines and Tobi. We tried a longer menu for a year and everything on it got a little worse. Now there is one bun, one brownie and one cookie, each with a weekly variation, and every one of them is made in the room behind the counter.

Before you order a box

Boxes come out of the same oven as the counter, so we can only take so many. Three things worth knowing before you ask.

Order the day before

Ring or come in by four o'clock and your box is ready from seven the next morning. Same-day boxes only if the afternoon tray allows.

What keeps and what doesn't

Buns are for today. Brownies are better on the second day. Cookies last three, in a tin, and a minute in a warm oven brings them back.

Big orders

The oven holds forty-eight. Anything over forty needs a week's notice, because it takes a whole bake and the counter still has to open.
