The same teacher, the same slot, every week

You book a regular place, not a class off an app. After a month your teacher knows which knee clicks and which spring you really need, and that's worth more than any new routine.

An empty studio with reformers on a pale floor, tall plants in the corner and light from the windows.

Six machines, so never more than six people. Not even at New Year.

The one rule that has never been broken

Your first three classes

The intro block is three one-to-ones before you join a class, so nobody is the new person working out the springs while five others wait.

A teacher with red hair in a black top standing beside a reformer frame, looking down at the machine.

Class one

The machine

Springs, straps, the footbar and the headrest. How to get on and off without it moving.

A woman lying on a reformer with her legs up in the straps, the long white studio behind.

Class two

Your body

We find where you're stiff, where you're strong, and anything that hurts. Written down.

Close up of a woman's legs pressing into the straps on a reformer, the ropes pulled tight.

Class three

A real class

The Foundations class, one to one, at full length. Then you choose your regular slot.

Before you come

What it costs
The intro block is £75. After that, £72 a month for one class a week, £130 for two. No joining fee and a month's notice to stop.
What to wear
Close-fitting clothes, so the straps don't catch, and grip socks. We sell them at the desk for £8 if you forget.
Injuries and pregnancy
Tell us before the first class. Most of it is exactly why people come; some of it needs a note from your physio first.
Missing a class
Let us know by 8pm the night before and you can make it up any time that month.
Arriving
Five minutes early, not fifteen. The room is tiny and the class before is still finishing.
Stairs
One flight, fairly steep, and no lift. We're sorry, and we'll say so honestly before you book.
