Before your appointment

Patch test

For any tint or lash glue: a five-minute test at least 48 hours before. Free.

The week before

No plucking, no waxing, no retinol near the brows. Let them grow; we need something to shape.

On the day

Come without mascara or eye make-up, and bring glasses if you wear contact lenses.

Afterwards

Nothing wet for 24 hours, no oil-based cleanser near lashes. A little card goes home with you.
